Bullroarers

Designed by Debra McDonald - comes in box with wooden stand

Traditional bullroarer featuring unique Indigenous art. Our bullroarers make the perfect souvenirs from Australia or a unique gift for anybody interested in Aboriginal culture.

The bullroarer is a musical, communication and warning device historically used by First Nations people to communicate over great distances. When spun, the low-frequency component of the sound travels extremely long distances, clearly audible over many miles on a quiet night.

Painted in Indonesia with the permission of the artist who has approved it as a true representation of their artwork.  A royalty from the sale of each product is paid directly to the artist which creates a passive income for them and their families.
